Diego, the crew leader, was polite and worked with us to move everything we needed away from the old windows. We are happy with our new windows! Home genius also installed our new roof and gutters. Each job was completed in one day including cleanup. They were careful to minimize damage to flower beds. Crews were on time, and minimized disturbance. "Kenny and Connell were great -- very personable and the work was excellent. They replaced all the windows and shutters on my 200 year old house, They also replaced the front storm/screen door and even put up two more pairs of shutters where they had never been before. They also replaced all the windows in my detached garage. They went above and beyond, helping out with other small tasks which needed to be done. I really enjoyed having them work on my house and they did a super job."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
