"We have just hired Alure to do vinyl shake siding, stone work and windows for our house. The work hasnâ  t even started and we are already impressed with Alure, in great part due to working with their Exterior Consultant Jeff S! When Jeff came to our home for the initial consultation he really listened to what we wanted, patiently educated us on Alureâ  s products and services and followed up with us the next week with a computer simulation, at their showroom, of what our proposed choices would actually look like on our home. He then came back to our home with more actual (good size) siding and stone samples so we could finalize our choices by seeing everything against the actual house. We signed with Alure that day. Jeff is so hands-on that he even called me on a Sunday morning afterwards to talk about a possible issue he wasnâ  t sure about in the simulation. The next step before the actual work begins is to meet with the Project Manager, along with Jeff. If the PM and workers are anything like Jeff, we expect to be treated professionally and happily, right in line with the reputation that Alure has made for themselves. The only reason this is a 4 star review instead of a 5 is because the work has not been completed yet.
