"Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. Universal Windows Direct offered me the security that I knew that this was a company of integrity and honesty. So much so, that when the work was done, I was not home. Unbelievable! And, when I returned home from work on the day of my new window installation, all I could see was the view from my new window...windex'd cleaned, with no evidence that they has ever been in my house. Universal Windows Direct of Manchester treated my home- as their home, with respect and responsibility. They not only met my concerns, they under promised and very much over delivered. Would I use them again...you bet, in a flash! Thank you Universal Windows Direct of Manchester. Doug Robinson, Derry, NH 03038"

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Exceptionally clean and fast work. Great quality windows and warranty."

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."

"Nikiya came to my home to help me choose windows to replace old windows that are leaking cold air in winter. With the price of oil this year, it is worth the money to do this work. His presentation was very well done, with demonstrations that help me to choose the windows for our home. Nikiya was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his products, and I appreciate that."

"A crew showed up at 9:00 AM the morning of, and by 3:00 PM they had replaced 11 double-hung windows on the house, cleaned up inside, and removed all the old windows. Inside and outside will require some minor follow-up clean-up, sanding and painting of pre-existing wood that was exposed in the process, but that was not part of the contracted work."

"Quick , Professional and trustworthy....will hire again........... Larry and his son are class acts....Love the new windows..."

"Having lived in our house for 32 years, we needed a lot of work done before putting it on the market. Torin was a consummate professional from start to finish. He was responsive and flexible. He and his crew painted all the rooms on our first and second floors; replaced toilets, windows, doors, railings, and light fixtures; refinished tubs; repaired siding damage, fascia boards, rot, and ceiling damage; installed insulation; and did additional work to the interior and exterior of our garage. He brought in electricians and plumbers as needed. Torin completed all work in a timely manner, and we always knew where we were in the process. I could not recommend him more highly!"

"Review by Manny Enos in Wareham, Ma The quality of work was exceptional ! I am an Engineer and I have been in the Construction Business for 52 years. I have worked for Public and Private Organizations as a Resident Project Inspector throughout My career managing and performing inspections on the Construction of major Water, WasteWater, Road and Bridge Projects in excess of Fifty Million Dollars. I am a very detail oriented and hard to satisfy person when performing My inspections and dealing with Contractors . I demand High Quality work and Contractor/ Client relations. I have no regrets Hiring Capital Construction to perform the siding work on My Home in Wareham, Ma. . Beginning with Chris who convinced Me to Hire Capital Construction to perform the work, Jay who managed the work, the workers who performed the work and of course Jean and Louise , the Office Staff; I could not have asked for a better group of PEOPLE/PROFESSIONALS to deal with throughout the Project from start to finish. My family and I are so pleased with the Results and how it has enhanced the look of Our Home. I have already recommended Capital to Family and Friends and would not hesitate to Hire Capital again. Thanks to Everyone for the Great work and a Wonderful experience."
