It was a challenging project, and Wayne did an exceptional job. Our "new" solarium adds greatly to the value of our house. Wayne knows windows and doors and he gets five stars from us! Mary Ross"

"Hayden is one of the best men I’ve had to come to my house for repairs. He is very reliable, and he doesn’t leave until the job is done right, even after working all day he still found the time to stop by my house so I would have a working sink for the holidays, and same goes for when I needed help with my furnace, after working all day he didn’t want us to be without heat, and he replaced my door for me I can’t say enough about how reliable and efficient he is his work is a 10 out of 10 hands and I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Jim with Affordable Maintenance & Repair did a perfect job fixing the trim around my window. I plan to hire him again with many things I need done."

"Michael does excellent work. He has done several projects for us including fixing our washer and dryer closet so our machines fit better, fixing some laminate floor tiles, hanging a TV on our wall, hanging a large wall art in a stairway, and fixing the steps going down into our garage that were slanted . He comes up with the most efficient way of doing things, gives us a good price, cleans everything up and makes sure we’re happy with it. We plan on hiring him for some more flooring and some new lighting in our basement. I highly recommend him!"
