"We could not be happier with the job that Andy and Jesse did with the window replacements. The quality of the product and the professional manner of installation was suburb, the project was done in very timely fashion, there was minimal disruption, and the clean-up was complete. We are very happy we selected Comfort Windows, and we would certainly recommend then to others"

"I am extremely impressed with the quality of the windows and how knowledgeable our salesman Joe was. I previously had such drafty old windows, my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!"

"The installers came on time and were totally professional, experienced and worked continuously until the job was done. The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. We needed to use plastic film to insulate the old windows and when the wind blew the plastic would billow like sails! The new windows make our condo seem like a true home."

"They did a great job putting in our egress window. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They gave us a fair estimate and went through the whole process with us. Would highly recommend"

"Rick did a FABULOUS job installing a replacement window over my kitchen sink. He very carefully removed all existing trim, installed the window quickly, and reinstalled the trim. He did a great job sealing and caulking everything. He brought all the right tools, cleaned things up as he went along, and left my kitchen looking better than ever. He was early, very friendly, and I will definitely recommend him to friends/family and will hire him for my next project! Price was very reasonable. Great job!!!"

"I requested a repair for my storm door. I was contacted very quickly and the repair was done that day. I am very satisfied with the quality of work. I highly recommend."

"Ed replaced all of the baseboard, door and window trim in my condo. He was exceptionally detailed and skilled in his work, and it shows in the outcome. He took his time, made sure all of the cuts fit perfectly, and that the whole project was connected. Not only is very detailed and particular, he is professional and personable. I highly recommend him."

"Excellent service, quality materials, professional, fast, clean. The best choice of 3 options. Very satisfied with the entire experience of full tear off of cedar plus two layers of asphalt shingles and replacement of 3 skylight windows."

"We hired Nexgen to install sliding glass door off kitchen and new kitchen window. Mark definitely cares about his customers being happy with their purchase, the installers he uses were awesome as well and did great job, very neat, very nice. We recommend his company for your windows and doors."

"We live in the south Buffalo area, first time homeowners, and woke up to a leaky roof, a friend refered Steve and his team to help us. Steve was very kind and so easy to do business with. We have a set of four year old twins that apparently wanted to be a part of the process, he was so kind to them too, letting them ask questions as he assessed the problem. His team efficiently repaired the flashing on our home, our neighbors saw they did such a quick and thorough job, they utilized the team for their repairs, too. Thank you Steve!"
