"Bob with Integrity called me almost immediately after submitting the request online through Home Advisor. He answered all my questions with ease and scheduled an appointment to come out. Bob arrived on time and even sent text reminders. I had him fix the rollers on my 8 sliding glass door, which after his repair slides like it s brand new! I almost broke it several times opening it too hard forgetting I could now open it using only 1 finger! While at my home Bob also measured for a sliding screen door and replacing the bug screens on 4 windows. He estimated a week to get them, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time again to install them. Bob provided fast & friendly service from start to finish, I will recommend him to all my family and friends and if you re reading this review I highly recommend him to you!"

"I have a custom screen door and window screens that needed to be re-screened. I contacted other companies and to have the custom screen door re-screened. The other companies I contacted couldn’t or weren’t interested in doing the job. Elite completed the job no problem. Elite’s team of experts did a great job on the screen door and all the window screens. I would hire Elite again."

"Fantastic, I could not recommend this company more, Lon was very attentive to what I was saying during our walk through so he could find the right solution to our problem. We replaced approx 30% of the T-11 siding on my house in Antelope, replaced all the trim affected by dry rot and replaced the windows/slider. As they were sealing the new windows we could already tell the difference in the noise and how warm the sun felt through the glass. Brian was the lead installer for the windows and Ken for the siding project and they extremely knowledgeable and were fine with working around our 3 big dogs who had to go outside for bathroom breaks."

"Professional and courteous installers, 29 windows in 3 days and nice tidy finish. A bit messy while under construction, but it is to be expected"

"excellent service, fast and efficient!"

"Dustin C. @ DaBella Boise helped us choose the right windows for our application and personally monitored progress from order to completion. The finished product looks great, but the best part is instantly seeing and feeling the difference between modern tech vs. 40y old aluminum framed windows. No more drafts or condensation! Thanks DaBella!"

"Lon and Roger provided a detailed explanation of our window project. They took to the time to understand the challenges with this older home with the old windows not being installed correctly. The solution on how to replace and installed the 10 new windows was well-thought-out. Their team of installers work was amazing. They arrived each day and worked to have this complicated project done with perfect results. We appreciated the professionalism and trade expertise given to this project. We can not say enough about this company and the excellent service they provided."

"Very well. Door is like new!"

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Philip was friendly, easy to talk to, very professional and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and did an excellent job installing the new window; you cannot tell the difference between the existing windows and the new window. He left his work area clean of any debris and his pricing was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely hire him again for future tasks and highly recommend him to others."
