The 2nd time the manufacturer made one of the big window wrong side, the installer told me to hold on the payment until they came back to replace the window. I wouldn't be able to tell the mistake if the installer didn't tell me. They made a rush request to manufacturer and fixed the problem in a few days."

"They explained the work very clearly when giving their bid (this work was part of a bid for other window work)  and completed the work quickly once we called them back. They specialize in maintaining and restoring wood window frames. We would have liked to have them do more work, but they were quite expensive, which is why we did not have them do the other work.
