"I called Pablo on Monday and left a message. He called me right back. He was very friendly and said he could fit me in between a couple of other jobs on Wednesday. He called me on Wednesday when he said he would, told me he could get to my house in half an hour and was. He measured the windows, set up his work station right from his van, and had made them within a half an hour. Everything fit. He was so nice, personable, professional, helpful. And took my credit card! Great job!"

Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. Both of Trident’s 2 owners came to my home to view my project and give me an estimate. One of the owners is the head installer for the company. If you know anything about replacing windows, the single most important component is the installer. Regardless of the quality of the window, if the installation is not done properly, you are going to have problems. Troy is a pro, he personally came out with his helper and installed 9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors.
