"Communication is lacking with this company. They called me and asked for payment in full twice before my windows were even delivered to the company. The accounting department did not know that they hadn't been installed yet. When I asked for an update on when the windows would be in, they told me they'd had the windows for a week, and hadn't called me to set up installation! In addition, the process wasn't explained in the sales pitch- I wasn't told after the windows are installed they must be inspected a few days later and you have to call the building inspector to find out what day and time they'll be coming, then on another date they have to come and finish the installation. The contractors that installed the windows were professional and courteous. Attempts were made to minimize the mess inside and they did an ok job cleaning up after themselves. The windows themselves seem to be good quality, however the caulk is not. After a day holes stated popping up in the caulk on the door and several of the windows."

"Window Wall did an excellent job replacing our forty years old windows. The quality of new windows they delivered exceeded our expectants, and so did their professional installation work. During the job, several staff members came and checked to insure everything was on track. Window Wall pays attention to every detail including clean up! You can expect a beautiful outcome."

"Scott was quick and able to explain clearly the issues with my windows. I’m yet to see the work is good by seeing no leaks throught the window seals, but the job seems to have very good finish."
