"They did a great job on the windows they completed (95%) but two windows on the back of the house were missed. When I called Kristin to mention this she said they would take a look when they were "in my area" again. Still waiting to hear from them. No issues with the quality or workmanship of the screens they installed -- they look great. They came out yesterday and installed the final two screens (on one of the hottest days of the year). "The work required to appointments, one to measure the windows and the other to install the screens. One of the windows to be screened wasn't exactly square. The first screen made for it had to be remade. It had to be bent slightly to fit, but I do not consider that the vendor's fault. All in all, it was a good experience."
