"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "If you want quality and longevity of your windows\door, you need to pick Champion. They are not the cheapest but you will get what you pay for and more with a peace of mind warranty. Other window companies will have cheaper windows but they will not have the quality and lifetime replacement warranty. Yes, it is a lifetime warranty and a replacement glass warranty for any reason. Someone tried to break into my house through the windows. They broke the glass and I thought Champion was going to replace the glass, they came out and replaced the entire windows. The replacement windows was the same windows (style, color, etc..) as the other windows. I have not evened talked about the sound barrier and the nice temperature of my house with the Champion glass technology. I will recommend Champion over any and all of the name brand window/door companies. As far as I’m concerned, they have no competition in this industry."
