"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Brandon R and Ryan P did a fantastic job of installing my new windows. The instillation was changeling due to the age of the cabin and the custom window shapes to deal with. They were professional, efficient, courteous and were able to answer all the questions I had about the new windows. Feeling very happy and very well served."

"They did a great job. Everyone was helpful. We replaced over 20 windows. The installers- Crisanto, Johan and Emelio- were so kind, polite and efficient! The new windows look amazing!"

"Four of the five windows ordered were fine. One window did not fit (by wide margin) due to measuirement error. Champion has not shown any of the expected urgency about correcting the problem."

"Not only is Jack a really nice person, but he is truly a "Jack of All Trades".  He is punctual, meticulous, fast, knowledgeable, diligent, and very tidy.  When he first came to my house to discuss my projects, he took notes, asked appropriate questions, and offered cost-savings suggestions.  The problem I had in the laundry room was to repair and correct the shoddy work that had been done by someone else I had hired last year to renovate that room.  Had I found Jack first, I would have an A+ laundry room now.  But, Jack nonetheless managed to upgrade that room from a D- to at least a B+/A- in spite of my budget constraints.  Jack works very methodically and has to be reminded to take a lunch break because he gets so involved in what he's doing that he doesn't want to stop.  I felt as though he treated my property with the same respect and consideration as he would treat his own.  His caulking lines are barely visible and you can't even see his brush strokes.  Also, he knows how to make a clean line where the wall paint meets the ceiling paint.  And, there are no blotches or overlaps at any of the joints between the walls and trim either.  My kitchen looks great too!  He took great care to cover all surfaces and furniture and to remove and reinstall the window dressing. Each day, he cleaned up after himself and put everything in its place.  If it wasn't for the fresh paint, I wouldn't have known he had been in my home.  In summary, I am very, very happy with the outcome of these two projects and look forward to having Jack tackle other projects for me in the future.

"I was pleased with Joe He sat down and told us about the window s that the company was offering for a lower price. Joe came out three times to help with the paper work that we had to do."

"We had a wonderful experience with Thermoroom from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the team was always professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The window installation itself was done with great attention to detail, and you can really tell they care about the quality of their work. Everything was installed carefully, cleaned up properly, and completed exactly as promised. It’s hard to find companies these days that genuinely take pride in what they do, but Thermoroom definitely does. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement or installation work."
