When Mike Cavanaugh came to bid the job, he was professional, courteous and honest, and best of all, he, didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't want or need. We got a bunch of bids, and his was over $10,000 lower than the highest bid, for windows of the same rating. The windows were ready when promised. The Office Personnel worked with us on scheduling the install, and the installers were incredible! Alex was the team leader, and all 4 of the guys worked together like a well oiled machine. Those guys got 10 windows and a big sliding patio door replaced in just a few hours. They worked hard, were professional, and did a beautiful install job. The windows look so beautiful! They cleaned up every bit of dust and debris, and took it all away. This company has the best service, and their people are the nicest, most professional team imaginable. "Eric installed a shelf and coat hanger bar in a closet. I had a kit I purchased but it did not have all the parts necessary for install. He went to home depot to pick up the parts. He added the cost of the parts to the original estimate but did not charge extra for the trip. I appreciated it as I did not know what the job required. He is very punctual as well."

"DreamStyle Remodeling installed a new shower in my master bath. Sean came out to measure for the new shower and while here helped me find out what to do when I got bit by a tiny scorpion. He showed empathy and concern and offered to assist in anyway including taking me to urgent care if necessary. Fortunately, I didn't need additional care. When the shower materials were received, a time was scheduled for the install, and Max and David showed up on time. Throughout the 2-day process, both Max and David were efficient and walked me through the various steps they were taking. They laid cloths down for walkways and blocked off the area to prevent dust spreading into the bedroom. The project was completed earlier than expected even after they cleaned up everywhere. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process from the salesman Gary to the office personnel keeping me abreast of the order, to the completion. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and didn't try to up-sell me on anything which I really appreciated. And best of all....no more grout!!"

They not only fixed the poor work done by a different contractor, they took care to explain everything, and helped me plan for the future as I update my older home. In the midst of my projects Tony found that I had a serious water leak behind my hot water heater. He took care of replacing the sheet rock and cleaning out the black mold and then replace the water heater with a wonderful tankless heater for me. OK cleaned out the support structure from the old water heater and rerouted the pipes so that I have a lot more room in that section of my garage and it is neat and tidy now.
