"I found Fred Olliges, JUST Solutions Contracting, Inc., from a neighbor recommendation on NextDoor. We wanted to convert a laundry/storage room into a small in-home office and move the laundry area into the garage. This required a complete gutting of the existing laundry room, which hadn't been upgraded since 1972 - had old wood paneling, glue-on ceiling tiles, bare concrete floors, and a wall of homemade base cabinetry full of all that "might need it someday" stuff.
