"Even though I do not own the house yet I was given the courtesy of an estimate to change all of the windows in the home I am interested in. Steve took the time to measure and estimate what the cost would be. The products he showed were far superior from others. I owned a construction company in PA. so I know quality. Will buy from O'Donnell when the time comes. Very honorable company with long history of satisfied customers."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
