"Everything went great. The owner, Jim, came out the same day we called and gave us the bid. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us ask any question no matter how simple it may have been. His bid was right in line with others we received, but ultimately we felt that the quality and service we would receive from Accent was better.
Dee was our installer and he did a great job. He was quick but very thorough. Even though we had 14 windows to replace he nearly finished in one day. He even made the extra effort to come back the next day for 1 hour to finish the last bits because he wanted to do a good job and there wasn't enough light on the first day to finish.  He even let our 4 year old son follow him around the house which may have been annoying for some people, but he was very kind about it.
Overall, we absolutely love our windows. Our home is quieter and more comfortable and we can actually SEE out of our windows. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Accent Windows.

I worked with Aaron, who is very approachable and explained the different options and process in detail and answered all my questions so that I understood completely. My house is old and the insulation was poor, so with Greenify I was able to get a package deal for attic and wall insulation, new windows, air sealing, a new roof and solar that I found affordable with financing.
