"From beginning to end this was a complete good experience. John came out and showed us the window and explained the process. After doing my research I have found the windows he uses to be excellent quality. Ordered the windows, 12 weeks to the date they were installed. The install was done in half a day. They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! We noticed a difference within hours of sealing up the windows how cool my second story remained with the Energy Efficient windows in. I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference. These were a great purchase, and we are looking forward to having the other 13 windows done with Best Windows."

"Excellent price. Great job installing windows. Customer service very helpful. Had all windows replaced. Windows made in Illinois. Made a significant improvement on my heating bill."

"It went very well Gus explained everything from process, how long it would take and pricing. Once the windows arrived they did the job in 1 day very quickly. Love the new windows and for sure I will call again to complete another project in our home. Great work done. From: Leo & Rosy"

"Set up appointment very quickly and explained pricing before they came out to the house. They not only fixed the sliding door but also fixed a screen and window handle and asked if I had any other window / door problems . Wow what service ! I would definitely recommend this company . Very polite and prompt too."

"Siding and Windows Group is a top not h company and we highly recommend using them if you are looking for high quality and honest work. We were in a special situation and Angelo was with us from the moment I placed a call to the company, until we were ready to move forward. His approach was no nonsense, no pressure, and that is because they want to do place you within the right product categories and at the right budget. We started with just new James Hardie siding but decided to add a new front door and a new rear patio french door. Could not be happier with the design and color choices. There is a reason this company is top rated and has a long list of references which they provide so you can drive and see the work yourself."

"Repaired my compartment windows in a very reasonable account of time. It turned out my windows were "obsolete", but they were able to find parts and repair the window within the quoted price anyway. Very much appreciate their attention to service."

"Great job installing the window, but a bit pricey."

"Dominik W. arrived early, took his time explaining everything he was looking at, and walked us through the entire process?from the window demo to the installation. He wasn?t pushy at all, and we ended up choosing to buy from them. If you need new windows, give Dom a call!"

"Our project which was rather complicated went very well. We wanted to move an existing basement window opening and install an egress window. The sales rep, Craig, was responsive and respectful. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December. They know what they are doing. Great experience and we would use them again!"

"Very Professional. looking forward to windows"
