We shopped the job around and Lake Washington came out on top not just with a fair price, but they had me convinced that they had the know how and logistics capability to pull the job off smoothly. "During the last very heavy rain the rain gutter overflowed causing water to flow into the window well and then into the house causing flooding in a basement bedroom. I had several people come out to give an estimate to re-slope the gutters and discuss a back-up system in case the gutter over flowed again. Jack was great! He absolutely listened to all of my concerns and had ideas to fix both problems--the rain gutters and to fix the flow of the water as a back up in case the gutter overflowed in the future. he understood the consequences of these heavy rainstorms. The tenants were even impressed and sent a text to me saying, "you guy did an excelllent job." 
Since the job was completed we had another huge rainstorm and everything held--no problems. Jack is awesome!
