"Window measured, created, and installed in a reasonable time frame. Had to pick up broken glass (from old window) after. At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year."

The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."
