"John is very polite and professional. He replaced a broken window we had and also replaced our house shutters. He is the one to go to when we need to do the rest of our windows. Very high quality window from what we had. Very please with his work. Definately 5 stars."

"only company who was willing to work with size/style/material of windows I wanted...didn't try to sell me on plastic/vinyl."

"Very Professional and Exceptional work. I highly recommend using Workhorse Residential and Commercial Services. I was able to get all of my repairs done within one day. This service will be my first and continued service from now on. Thank you for taking care of us."

"Joe was extremely outgoing and friendly on first meeting. He was very meticulous and conscientious in his approach to the repairs. Not only was his work outstanding he was extremely fair in repair costs. I would hire him again in a heart beat. You can't go wrong in hiring ROI Rennovations."

"Robert came by, gave me a very prompt estimate, was very professional in his approach. His pricing was very reasonable. I contacted Renee at the company and received excellent treatment over the phone for scheduling the project. When the date arrived, Robert was prompt in arriving and proceeded to do excellent work. Despite having some weather issues, the project was still completed on time and with a high level of quality. Robert kept me updated as to what was going on throughout the project. He seemed to genuinely care about my home, treated the area with respect, and cleaned up after himself throughout the project. After the project was completed, the interaction with Renee at the office to effect payment of the final invoice was straightforward and pleasant. It is truly an honor to work with such professionals and I would highly recommend them for any project you may need done."

Please let me know if I can get you a text or text me or text or call me when I can."

"I highly recommend Spencer Custom Construction. I had them do several large jobs for me this Spring of 2020 and I have not one complaint. They have very high standards and are not satisfied until everything is done properly. They are very neat and tidy and clean up every day before they leave the job. They are very pleasant and cheerful to have around. They say they do everything and I had them do everything from replacing my roof, pressure washing my house and deck, staining my deck, removing the popcorn from my ceilings and painting them, remodeling my bathroom, refinishing my wooden front door, replacing and painting metal doors, cleaning and putting mesh on my gutters, and washing my windows inside and out. Everything was done to my satisfaction and their perfection. They are located in Havelock, but they travel in all directions including Carteret and Onslow counties to work which is excellent. I live in Cape Carteret where it is difficult to get people to work as they are still busy with Hurricane repairs. Spencer Custom Construction is fair, honest and trustworthy. I am very pleased and definitely will call on them again."
