"Everything went great. The owner, Jim, came out the same day we called and gave us the bid. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us ask any question no matter how simple it may have been. His bid was right in line with others we received, but ultimately we felt that the quality and service we would receive from Accent was better.
Dee was our installer and he did a great job. He was quick but very thorough. Even though we had 14 windows to replace he nearly finished in one day. He even made the extra effort to come back the next day for 1 hour to finish the last bits because he wanted to do a good job and there wasn't enough light on the first day to finish.  He even let our 4 year old son follow him around the house which may have been annoying for some people, but he was very kind about it.
Overall, we absolutely love our windows. Our home is quieter and more comfortable and we can actually SEE out of our windows. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Accent Windows.

"Michael Anderson from Groundworks was professional, courteous, articulate and thorough on his evaluation. The house is over 100 years old, however, and the nature of the problem and the fix involved could not be completed with traditional methods. However he offered several suggestions that we can do to mitigate any worsening of the problem without major structural upheaval. He explained what the source of the problem was in clear terms and gave great suggestions on how we could manage it ourselves. Fantastic customer service. I have great respect for this company."

"5 Star Kitchen and Bath has just completed a full remodel of 1 master bath and 2 full baths in my home. My review is primarily based on the end result, and I have to say my new bathrooms are FANTASTIC! It was a huge job, as all bathrooms were completely demolished and then rebuilt from the floor up to the ceilings in solid tile. I was lucky to have two main installers assigned to my home for the duration of the job: Froilan and Devon. Their work is truly amazing. They consulted us continuously during the job to make sure every element came out just perfectly. They were always on time and dependable. They were so clean, courteous and respectful - we enjoyed having them at our house for several weeks. We trust them and their work is high quality. Our Project Manager for the job was Zach. He was also great to work with. Anytime I had questions about what was included or not included in the price, he was very fair and empathetic. I definitely recommend you hire 5 Star Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling projects.
