It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

"Scheduled a repair right away. He was able to fix a door latch and a window latch for our older Anderson doors."

"The door install looks great! I would recommend this company!"

"Haven’t had work done but estimate was done. All very efficient. I decided to hire them because the roofing folks I talked to didn’t seem to be used to doing skylights. Sun4Light only does skylights."

"DM Home Improvements was extremely responsive from day one. My mother had an issue with one of her windows that would constantly set off her alarm system. Derek came over the the same week I called and made everything right for my mother same day. My mother was so appreciative of the job he completed and how he was extremely nice. Derek will be the first person that I call if I have any issues at my mother's home!! Simply Excellent service... Thank you Derek!!!!! Curtis P."

"Excellent service and professional for both the field technician and the office staff."

"Very professional and fast work. He told me my door could be repaired and didnâ t have to be replaced. Other companies would only agree to come out to replace the doorâ without even looking at it to see if it could be repaired."

"The overall replacement of this window was exceptionally good. However the window is located directly above our bathtub and with him coming in and out my tub was left extremely dirty by him standing inside of the tub. He did not drape anything inside of the tub to make sure it was left clean. Nor did he attempt to remove the shoe marks himself. It took my wife a couple of days to remove all of the dirt and scuff marks from our tub. Why so long? Because comet and bleach did not work. She finally decided to use Spray9 along with comet and boiling hot water, allowing it to soak a few minutes scrubbed it and now it is clean again."

"It has worked out so well for me and my family. And yeah, please do it all day. Please let me know if I can help. Please let me know when I get home, and I will be home in the next few days. Please let me know when I can get you. Please let me know when I get back. Please let me know if I need anything else. Please let me know if I can get you a text or text me or text or call me when I can."
