"I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."

"I had a broken window that needed repair. Rafael contacted me immediately and came the next day to repair it. It turned out it was a much more involved repair than first anticipated. He spent several hours replacing the window and rebuilding all the wood trim around it. The window looks great! He also honored the quoted price that he gave me. I cannot say enough about how professional, dependable and responsive he was to my needs. I will definitely call him in again for future needs and highly recommend him to others!"
