"Savana has been such an amazing person to talk to and receive information from about windows. We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! It wasnâ t all just about windows and bathtubs we got to know her and her company. Weâ re excited to have new windows for the winter and not learn what winter is like with 90 year old windows. And weâ re even more excited to be able to open our windows without them being painted shut!"

"John at Balsamroot Exteriors managed the installation of a new (and beautiful) deck at the back of my house, the installation of new windows in the front, and the installation of new siding on the front and sides of my house. (I’m having the back done next March.) The time it took to complete all of this was far shorter than John originally estimated. He and his crew were professional and courteous throughout the process. My neighbors have stopped to admire the new siding, and also have commented on how great my deck looks. I am beyond thrilled with the final result."

"We made inquiries with several companies but only Elite construction contacted us with respect to getting a quote. After we sent Sergey some videos he gave a rough estimate to make sure it was within my budget and then drove the hour and a half to the site to do a final quote. I must admit I was expecting feedback, like this is too far for us to commute etc .. but Sergey was not fazed by that and after finding I had installed the wrong wall insulation we agreed on a price to fix that, sheetrock, texture, trim the windows/screen door on the East facing wall and paint the interior. Timeline wise we received the quote the end of May and it was anticipated that they could start the end of July, as it happened there was an opportunity to get some work done between other projects at the end of June. This happened and then they ended up completing the middle of July which was way beyond expectations and allowed us to enjoy some time in the Cabin during the Summer. Overall we were impressed with the excellent and professional communication and the quality and timeliness of the work, given this was a 3 hour commute every day to the site I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services to others. Chris & Gail"

"Jonathan was a great communicator and arrived on time. He quickly got to work and finished the job on time. He was very honest and ended up charging us less than quoted. He did a great job on our roof repair and I’ll definitely hire him again for another job."

"Really great service, windows came in way quicker than we expected. The windows are absolutely gorgeous and match wood work perfectly. The sound of trains has diminished and I can already feel the difference inside the home. Great experience!!"

"TJ was on time and very professional. I had him hang artwork for me and it is very precise. I would definitely hire him again."

"Andrew is a great person to talk to . He does very nice work. His charges are reasonable. He knows how to do everything. I have asked Andrew for estimates on a few other things. I will hire him to do my other projects. Thank you"

"Erin is an extremely good carpenter who built a large covered deck for us this last spring. We had several contractors bid the job and Erin was very competitive with his bidding. His helpful concern for our construction saved us time and money. We noticed he kept the work area very clean; and he did not waste materials. He offered design ideas that enhanced our original design plans without costing us additional moneys. I highly recommend his company and intend to keep him as our go-to contractor on any further projects we decide to do. Max Simpson maaax@bmi.net"

"Matt was absolutely terrific, went the extra mile for us and repaired my siding for a much better price and value than I was quoted elsewhere. He worked through driving rain to get it fixed in one day. Highly recommend him!"
