"Charles Gildea arrived on time, replaced all the batteries in (8) smoke alarms, most of which were located in high or difficult to reach areas. Also changed light bulbs in difficult to reach areas as well. Charles was very personable and professional. "Our deck was in poor shape and needed to be resurfaced. Asa pointed out some additional issues that other contractors did not find. Asa's price was slightly higher than other contractors (even with the other issues deducted). We elected to go with Asa as result of the review's on Angles List. He was pleasant to work with and was clear on changes when needed and made sure to provide cost estimates for the additional work. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Would recommend him for your project.
