I discovered that one didn't and RW promptly repaired it. The third time, one of the windows arrive with a damaged piece (purely cosmetic). It took repeated phone calls and four months to finally get the replacement piece installed (less than 5 minutes to actually replace). Service after the sale and initial install needs improvement."

The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
