"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Brandon R and Ryan P did a fantastic job of installing my new windows. The instillation was changeling due to the age of the cabin and the custom window shapes to deal with. They were professional, efficient, courteous and were able to answer all the questions I had about the new windows. Feeling very happy and very well served."

"They were excellent. They did a professional job and our windows turned out beautiful. Ricky, Joel, and Emilio were friendly, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up every day and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and doors."

"Replacing existing windows. OUTSTANDING customer service."

"Ramiro and Lucas came to my home at the appointed time and introduced themselves from DaBella. They were very personable and knowledgeable of the DaBella products. Both gentlemen made me feel very comfortable speaking with them about getting new windows in my house. They explained everything in straight talk; not words I could not understand. I am retired and on a limited income and once I have paid for the 2 windows I will have Ramiro and Lucas returned to complete the rest of my windows."

"Clean and efficient installation. Liked both the contractor, Fulltime Contractors, and their installation guys. Would recommend them for windows. And, would use them for other household projects"

"I had them add three horizontal windows near the ceiling of my studio and replace a larger window. The windows are of the highest quality. They knew exactly what I wanted and offered ideas and advice for placement. Their attention to detail and finish work was outstanding. And it took them only 10 hours! I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Our experience with PS Window and Door was outstanding.  Leslie was great to work with.  She showed us multiple options and provided good suggestions, especially for our front door which was not a standard installation.  We also visited their showroom and got other good suggestions from the owner.  Their installation team was always on time and completed all the installations efficiently and professionally.  All the doors look great, fit great, and are a huge upgrade from what we have.  I would definitely use them again.  The "B" on price is only because we did not actually "shop" the job after meeting with Leslie and visiting their showroom.  We may have been able to get a better price, but we place a very high value on how a company interacts with us and our "gut feel" about how they will be when we let them into our home. We had a very good feeling about this company, and we were not disappointed. "
