I wouldn't be able to tell the mistake if the installer didn't tell me. They made a rush request to manufacturer and fixed the problem in a few days."

The lead time was 2-3 weeks. The job was finished within that timeframe. They did an outstanding job replacing the window. They also did an amazing job cleaning up broken glass and even vacuumed out the carpet to ensure there were no broken fragments remaining in the carpet.
