"It went extremely well. Being female, many contractors gave me obscenely high quotes and didn't detail out prices (which I requested). Working with John at Best Windows was such a pleasure. He listened to my needs, was candid, honest, and detailed out pricing. Also, he provides the highest quality service for the best price. His team (pleasant & professional) Installed 14 windows. I expected minor issues. And John/team were quick to respond and fixed them immediately. I highly, highly recommend Best Windows."

"Chicago Window Guys provided me with 8 replacement windows in my condo unit. The windows were fitted very well, and they were able to remove my old windows and install my new windows in a very timely manner. In addition, they were able to replace windows on the fourth floor of my building, while many other companies I contacted were not willing or able to do so! The warranty they provide with their windows also provides great peace of mind."

"It went very well Gus explained everything from process, how long it would take and pricing. Once the windows arrived they did the job in 1 day very quickly. Love the new windows and for sure I will call again to complete another project in our home. Great work done. From: Leo & Rosy"

"Great work - they fix windows too."

"Julie and Franz were helpful and flexible. Julie and I did a lot of talking about the color schemes. She is a good listener and took my desires into account. Her advice was spot on. They stored our siding over the winter when my cat got very sick in the fall and I did not want the noise at that time. Franz does the scheduling and keeps everything running smoothly. The workers, Franik and Viotek, were professional, on time, hard working, nice, always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and did an excellent job. Their mason, Jack, did a great job putting a stone sill under our bow window. We have gotten many complements from the neighbors. This company was not the cheapest quote but they are worth every dollar. The only bad news: Gandalf the cat died."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Eduardo & Jose from Apex Window Werks replaced the window mechanism on my office window and now my window functions beautifully. Great job Eduardo & Jose! I recommend Apex Window Werks."

"Dominik W. arrived early, took his time explaining everything he was looking at, and walked us through the entire process?from the window demo to the installation. He wasn?t pushy at all, and we ended up choosing to buy from them. If you need new windows, give Dom a call!"

"The crew of two showed up right at 8 am as promised. Soyan and Kyle went about verifying the work to be done for each window and then went to work. It was a full day job with travel and they finished around 2:30 pm. They removed a full bush and all existing stone/patio brick that was used for previous wells. They refilled all outer holes with stone and dirt, put an atrium drain atop each external drain pipe and cemented all floor holes inside.
In addition, I discovered that the internal drain done by another firm was done poorly, causing my original pit and pump to take most of the runoff water for the last few years. Soyan was honest and said it wasn't worth fixing at this point, but if issue arose to contact the other company and use the warranty to leverage correction.
While unhappy with that discovery, I was impressed with the candor and professionalism of this crew. I was also impressed with how little clean up I have to do over the next day or two after the concrete dries inside.
Maintenance was explained for the drains as an annual vacuuming out of each pipe, especially in autumn when debris is most likely to accumulate.
I would definitely recommend this company.
