One screen was not square when it arrived, but they ordered a replacement (for no extra cost) and did not expect us to complete payment until that had been installed. "James did excellent work replacing the wood damage.  He had to make a piece that went in my door frame since it could not be purchased.  When finshed it looked great.   Not only did he fix what I asked he also found other windows that had dry rot and suggested that I replace them as well.  He explained what he was doing and why the work was necessary.  The only negative comment I had is he went over the agreed upon price since the work took longer then he estimated which was not factored in the price he gave me however it was still a much better price then three other competitors. "
