"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Brandon R and Ryan P did a fantastic job of installing my new windows. The instillation was changeling due to the age of the cabin and the custom window shapes to deal with. They were professional, efficient, courteous and were able to answer all the questions I had about the new windows. Feeling very happy and very well served."

"Excellent Work - Sean is a professional glass installer. He replaced the windshield in my car and a storm window in my home. I will highly recommend his company and services because it is reasonable and does great work. Thanks Sean."

"They did a great job. Everyone was helpful. We replaced over 20 windows. The installers- Crisanto, Johan and Emelio- were so kind, polite and efficient! The new windows look amazing!"

"Mill Creek 34yr. old foggy glass replacement. This was a difficult casement window pane replacement. The price was good and so was the work."

"Replacing existing windows. OUTSTANDING customer service."

"My Husband and I purchased a older home in bellevue that had very inefficient single pane windows. We chose to go with a triple pane style window that met the new energy star requirements and also kept with the look of our older home. Cameron came out and did a great job showing us our options and recommending a thicker frame that would go better with the look of our home. The windows look great and we can notice the efficiency"

"We had a wonderful experience with Thermoroom from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the team was always professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The window installation itself was done with great attention to detail, and you can really tell they care about the quality of their work. Everything was installed carefully, cleaned up properly, and completed exactly as promised. It’s hard to find companies these days that genuinely take pride in what they do, but Thermoroom definitely does. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement or installation work."
