"Working with them was quick and easy. Their quotes were given on the same day that they came out and it was lower than the previous company. Customer service and attention to detail was great."

"Of all the cleaning services I tried (Molly maid, merry maid, etc.), they are the only ones who got it right. I’m talking clean clean! I love how they understood my concerns and helped me organize my home. I don’t think this company understood how much they’ve helped me mentally. I love the service they provided."

"Overall, it went well.
The work had been discussed for nearly a year. By the time we were ready to move forward, we had allowed the 'recommeded time' for transplanting to pass so the % of risk for survival of the trees & shrubs had grown too high. They were beyond budding out and into the growing season.
We actually ended up 'pushing' the date this spring after some scheduling difficulty. In hindsight, we did not realize when initiatinag in March that it would take as long as it did to confirm the work and a date. In part waiting for the utilities to complete their site work with marking underground electric, gas, water & cable. Then it was the "bobcat" operator scheduling.
They handled coordination with the utilitiy companies.
When all preparation was finally completed, the work had been well planned and was then essentially completed in one day.
Holes were all well-prepared.
Planting was completed, trees well staked to secure their stability, watering 'collars' were installed and the soil/area around each was raked and 'finished' fairly well.
The "bobcat"operator was very experienced and accurate. There was no unexpected damage suffered by any other landscaping or property - only the underground drainage pipe from the downspouts, as could pretty well be predicted. However, each section that was damaged was immediately replaced and buried.
Cleaning off the driveway that evening (which I suppose I had incorrectly assumed they would have done), is when I discovered the water was not draining off of the driveway so I knew one additional section of drainage pipe must have been "crushed" by the weight of  the "bobcat" installed under an area that had to provide access for the equipment - I called, left a message, received a timely callback and without any hesitation or delay, they returned that next day, dug up a 25+ ft section, removed the damaged drainage pipe, replaced it, tested it to ensure it would drain properly and all problem spots were replaced, then completed burying it and recovered  with the pine straw.
The gentlemen providing the manual labor throughout were fast, deliberate & efficient. They were also very courteous and pleasant.
The only disappointment was my failure to carefully look at the area from where the trees were moved. It was after the "bobcat" was gone that I could see I should have inspected it and asked the operator to simply take a few 'passes' over it in order to help water to drain from that area. This is still a 'work in progress' for us toward mitigating the drainage problem left after removing the trees & shrubs for transplanting. I decided we would not call them for more follow-up assistance
In summary, we found "Bill's Yard Service" to be very invested in the work performed for us. They were pleasant and service directed throughout. They gained our confidence through the planning and proposal phases by not hesitating to give their professional opinion(s) on what should or could be done and how it should be done. At the same time, when there were options, we explained our preference(s). They would quickly adopt our perspective and moved forward with that direction.
During this process, we learned a lot from them and fully appreciate their work. They will definitely be my first choice/contact when the occasion arises again for their capacity of work needed and/or their level of expertise.
