"The technician was very respectful. He even cleaned my ceiling fans at no charge. I am pleased with the work preformed. I did ask to see the cleaned ducts because I was told that was part of the service. We both got sidetracked and I didn’t get to see them. I don’t believe it was intentional. This is reason for not giving 5 stars. He was willing to show me, I just forgot to remind him, but I should’ve had to. Our ducts and vent covers are definitely cleaner."
