"Juanita responded quickly after my initial request for a quote through AL, and provided a fair quote for services. She kept in contact with me leading up to the day of service and was able to accommodate my schedule, as I had a short window in which to have the job completed. On the day of service, she and Dawn showed up on time and they proceeded to do a fantastic job cleaning the house top to bottom. They were very friendly and professional, and I would recommend them!"

"The ladies were friendly, professional and methodical. Before beginning they had us point out critical areas that needed special attention. After that they got to work. They cleaned for about 3.5 hours and left us amazed. The kitchen and bathroom required the most work and now look brand new. Getting soap stains of shower doors has always been an issue for us, but they now look brand new. They cleaned doors, windows, ceiling fans, switches etc. apart from vacuuming moping, making beds, dusting furniture and picture frames. Just a very through job. No issues at all. Thank you to the wonderful crew. Will definitely request their services again."

"Lucy, the owner, was nice, and the work done was a good job. However, the cleaners came 2 1/2 hours late. We HAD to have the house done by that evening because we were on a deadline, and Lucy did NOT contact us that they would be that late. She said, "I forgot to contact you. Sorry." We were not happy. I told her that if they could not do the job, then we must find another service to get it done THAT day. They finally showed up 2 1/2 hours later; we did have to call Lucy several times to find out where they were. She said, "They are coming, they are almost there, and I'm coming over now personally to help them." Well, Lucy never showed up. They charged us $30 more than we agreed on originally. We had set up an arrangement with Lucy the owner to not go over $150--in other words, clean what you can in the 2-2 1/2 hours and don't go over our budget! Well, they took 3 hours, and charged us $180. And we didn't even have 2 of the rooms in the house cleaned! We had said they didn't need to clean those rooms. And they did not strip & wash the sheets, that they said they would do. They DID do a good job in what they cleaned and the 2 cleaners who came were very nice. We did pay them the $180. We should not have been charged the extra $30 because they were 2 1/2 hours late with no communication, and we were on a deadline. The professional thing for them to have done, was to honor the $150 we agreed upon originally and to compensate for their tardiness with no communication. I won't hire this service again."

"I hired this company for a recurring cleaning service. I specifically asked for english speaking cleaners and they sent two gals that did not speak english. Communication was extremely hard. They would shake their head like they understood and then what I asked for was not done. Other than that, they gals did a nice job."
