"Absolutely great, every time. We meet them here with any special instructions then leave to stay out of their way. We have home offices so good excuse to take ourselves out to lunch although not necessary, they've cleaned around us. We come back about 2 hrs to a beautifully clean house and back to work. They are very efficient, timely and just do a great job. I've tried 2 other services Merry Maids (i think the name) and another rogue husband wife team. I will ONLY use Magical. They are trustworthy, kind and simply do the best job!"

"This was a major rip-off! I paid $359 and the woman whom they sent cleaned the floors mostly and talked and talked and talked I had to ask her to clean the kitchen counter. When she saw how hefty the bill was she kept insisting on giving me a $20 tip. That was weird but confirmed my conviction that I was ripped off. Since when do maids get $60 an hour? That will be my last visit with them and quite possibly you. Called back and gave a total refund!"

"They were able to clean some of the ducts, but explained some ducts needed completely replaced due to the mice. Replacement was not a service they did, but they did supply the name of a company to contact for replacement. They were very honest, only charged for the services they provided. I would recommend them again and will use them again myself."

"The manager of this company was very nice, really helped me out sending someone to clean when another person cancelled same day. Totally in a bind, guests flying in to stay and appreciate the willingness to help, great communication. Cleaning: it definitely got my place to a more presentable shape and the cleaner was willing to help with anything I needed and that didn?t go unnoticed. However, the cleaning itself was not the best I?ve ever had. The products used left everything a little oily and the attention to details was not all there. I had to ask for certain things to be cleaned again (like kitchen sink looked bad) and when she said she was done in bathroom there was still a few hairs in sink and tub. Also, when she was about to mop I inspected floors and they were not clean at all, had to hand her my vacuum to finish and a lot came up into canister. She also did not take my trash out. Overall: great customer service, I would maybe try again but diff cleaner (not Lizabeth)"
