"Unfortunately I haven't cleaned my windows in a very long time. Marie and her co-worker tackled the mess with gusto. They worked hard for a long time and it showed big time. Each window was spotless inside and out. I have already recommended them to people I work with. Big 5 stars to Marnell's Cleaning Service. Carol P in Dearborn Heights."

"Steam Tech LLC arrived when appointment was made. Completed a thorough job of cleaning and sanitizing the basement, after the recent flooding in Detroit. Friendly, great service, and reasonably priced."

"Very pleased. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Did excellent work. Has power washed, cleaned gutters, window cleaning, and painted my shed. Will utilizes services again."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Our house is two stories on stilts, so the top floor is 3 stories above grade. The contractor pressure washed the entire exterior, blew the leaves and cleaned the gutters. He also pressure washed the green furniture. The window glass is now also clean. What a difference. I will use again when Florida's environment will require the house to be cleaned again. Because he could not each the top floor, he voluntarily reduced his fee without being requested to do so. He is a truly reliable and upright guy."
