"Excellent quality and service. Provided an estimate and communicated well about what was covered by the estimate. Friendly, punctual, and careful. While doing the windows he cleaned a hard-to-reach ledge that was not part of the window cleaning or estimate. Was able to reach tall windows (20 - 30 ft) as well as other high windows in the condo"

"Within a few minutes of asking for a quote, I was contacted and given all the information I needed. I scheduled service and Detrick showed up at my house right on time. He was very pleasant, professional, worked hard to complete the service, gave us lots of valuable information and as other reviewers have pointed out cleaned up the area thoroughly when the job was done. We will definitely contact this company again when its time to clean our dryer ducts in the future and refer them to everyone we know."

"Jonathan was the first Plumber who was at our home in Pearl city he was very competent and fair. And did a great job. He also explained to us very well how the very old waistline pipes were clogged with corrosion over over 65 years and gave us a quick and fair price to do more aggressive cleaning of the main waistline to the street. Steve’s brought over a very experienced waistline Cleaning Employee who did I terrific job of descaling the old pipe and saving us thousands of dollars. We have few thieves for HVAC and plumbing and have always been happy with their fairness, communication, and service. We will continue to use them and are always amazed at their service. I would highly recommend their Plumbers. They also are quick!"

"Great communication. We get prompt responses. We've only had them a couple of times (they are scheduled weekly), and they are doing a much better job than our previous two janitorial cleaners. We mostly like that the communication is there and any issues can be resolved quickly."
