"This was the most fantastic experience I've had with a cleaning service. I e-mailed on a weekday night to schedule service, and I received a call back the next morning from Elliot, first thing. I was given a clear explanation of the services, fielded a LOT of questions (so that we were on the same page), and was able to schedule a cleaning for that week. On the scheduled day, Elliot arrived with the cleaning woman, who did not speak very much English, but who was VERY nice and very helpful in every way. We walked through exactly what rooms needed cleaning, as well as whether she was to clean AROUND things or pick up things and move everything in order to do a more thorough job. I appreciated that, since certain things I wanted moved/lifted/thorough, while others (like their bedrooms), I just wanted a brief vacuum. We also discussed how long it would take. The job was thorough, and she happily cleaned a few things that I pointed out. When she left she slid the invoice under my door, and Elliot charged my credit card (which he took before he left).
