"I have never had a clean service because I don't like asking for help, but I have some physical problems so I needed the help. I got in touch with YB Cleaning Services and when they came out they had two people doing the job. They were friendly, professional and asked what I needed done, they got to work and my house has not looked this good in a long time. My kitchen looks fantastic, the places on the floor where I couldn't get to were spotless and the stove top hasn't looked this good in years. My carpets, floors and bathroom are fantastic. They did such a fantastic job that I am going to have them come in biweekly. If you are looking for a cleaning service I would highly recommend YB Cleaning Services."

"Overall experience with this company was positive. From my first phone conversation with Manuel, he was pleasant to talk too and answered all my questions thoroughly. When it was the day to come do a deep cleaning of my entire home the 3 ladies showed up on time and ready to work. They spent 4-5 hours in my home doing a top to bottom cleaning. They were very efficient and hard working. When they were finished there was a small miscommunication in which they didnâ t clean 2 areas I paid extra for, but Manuel immediately was on the phone with me scheduling a day for them to come back and make sure it was taken care of. 2 days later the ladies came back and finished the job to perfection. Would highly recommend this company for all cleaning needs!"

The on-site tech James and his assistant were on-time, courteous and professional. The cleaning was completed within the expected 2-3 hour window and no mess was left at completion. "Amazing! Coming into a house they had a lot of built up grime and odors. I had someone come in before and do a deep clean, and it just wasn’t good. I hired LB janitorial, and they cleaned things so well! In a small area where the original cleaners had cleaned, LB Janitorial found a whole bag of gross junk! Every room smells and look great! They cleaned the bathrooms so well! I will be having them come back to do the outside windows!"

"First and foremost, the owner/manager/coordinator, Julio, is A GREAT COMMUNICATOR!!! He is so very kind and answers texts and calls in amazing time frames!! He is prompt with in-person appointments and call-back phone calls. He is very attentive to details and has a great listening ear when describing what type of job needs to be done. The 2-crew members did an amazing, excellent job!! "The manager of this company was very nice, really helped me out sending someone to clean when another person cancelled same day. Totally in a bind, guests flying in to stay and appreciate the willingness to help, great communication. Cleaning: it definitely got my place to a more presentable shape and the cleaner was willing to help with anything I needed and that didn?t go unnoticed. However, the cleaning itself was not the best I?ve ever had. The products used left everything a little oily and the attention to details was not all there. I had to ask for certain things to be cleaned again (like kitchen sink looked bad) and when she said she was done in bathroom there was still a few hairs in sink and tub. Also, when she was about to mop I inspected floors and they were not clean at all, had to hand her my vacuum to finish and a lot came up into canister. She also did not take my trash out. Overall: great customer service, I would maybe try again but diff cleaner (not Lizabeth)"
