"We were very happy with the cleaning service provided by Skilled Maids. The level of cleaning when beyond our expectations, even cleaning inside appliances. The cleaning crew of 2 arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient and hard working and completed the job in their estimated time frame. The work cost $231 for 5.5 person hrs (2 people for 2.25hrs), which is similar to prices offered by other firms, but the service we received was better than any other cleaning service we have used. We will be using Skilled Maids again and will be setting up a monthly service."

"Fantastic! We needed to help fast and they were really affordable. They came a few minutes early, and did all the bathrooms and kitchen really well. It was really such a relief that they just took care of everything top to bottom, including getting the dust and grime from the baseboards and cabinets. We have tried cleaning services before and weren't impressed, but her team definitely knows what they are doing, and at the end, she goes around to double-check everything was done right before they head out. "Pros: They did a great job thoroughly cleaning out my ductwork. The person that came was polite and professional. Cons: Not on time after stressing the importance due to another company coming the same day. I had to call the morning of to verify someone was still coming. Being on time is very important to me, if not for that, I would have given 5 stars."

"Job went well, i was there most of the time. I did have to run out but they were still at it when i returned. Both men were professional and used shoe booties when walking inside the house. I had just bought the house and and was having headaches daily, my face and my sons skin would get itchy from being in the house. The previous owners had cats and allergies are a big deal for myself and son. Ducts were pretty filthy with debris sitting right in the duct openings. I was told i would get before and after pics of all the ducts. Pics were taken and shown to me before the job started. I never received the after so i cant say 100% how well they are cleaned. I asked for them on 2 different occasions through email and never received them. I can say that the headaches went away, the smell of the home was much improved and no more itching. But again, the service says before AND after.

The owner was here, took great care of us, and showed us at each iteration, as well as teaching us about how to care for the carpet ourselves! I cannot recommend him enough, and we will be calling him back out for a 6-month cleaning!"
