Samuel called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier than my appointment (Punctuality A+), upon arrival he first identified two spots in the fire box that needed repair and provided an estimate (Fire Hazard Identification A+), then came the chimney/fireplace cleaning.
