"Took a few emails to get a quote. Sent a few pics of the existing unit for them to order a replacement. We set a date for about 3 weeks, They did offer me a couple earlier dates after the unit was delivered and they had some openings, but I wasn't able to be home those days. I got a 2 hour window for their arrival. About 1 hour into the window I got an email that they would be about an hour late. Not a problem, I expect that for any of these appointments. Work was done in about 1/2 an hour, works great."

"When my wife and I purchased our first home, we were intimidated by how much work needed to be done. We reached out to plumbers, electricians, engineers, and plenty of different specialists. Dan Carroll is by far the best professional that weâ ve had the pleasure of working with. Weâ ve hired him for several jobs now and he continues to amaze us with his timeliness, honesty, knowledge of the craft. I canâ t recommend his services enough. Thanks for everything Dan!"

"Mike was fantastic. I have a very old home and an assortment of projects, and he was able to do it all cost-effectively and quickly, with minimal disruption to the walls or to my work-from-home atmosphere. He explained some of the options I had so that I could make an informed decision. He communicates effectively so that you can set expectations about schedule, etc."

"Problems with Best Buy and the Luxul equipment they installed initially 2017 until JBR had my entire home WI-FI functioning functioning on a quarter of the equipment. This is after testing Best Buy's equipment over and over and over and over again NEVER getting the Luxul equipment to functioning on the 2.4gz. My entire home WI-FI functioned flawlessly for weeks on John's temporary (2-3 WAP) network compared to Best Buy/ Luxul never since 2017 using 5 including an outdoor WAP. Enough can't be said about John and Isaac."

"Before starting, let me say that I knew in advance that this job was complex, difficult, and certainly not much fun. It would probably require crawling 20 feet into our 30-inch crawlspace with poor lighting and lots of spider webs. I got very worried when Evan's tech arrived without the required fishing tool and apparently not knowing what I had told Evan about the project. But he reassured me that the bill would not go over the minimum ($140) even if he needs to spend more time. He was good to his word. He drove to Home Depot, brought back a really good fishing tool, crawled into that crawlspace at least twice, used the tool, rescued the lost wire pair, carefully connected and tested it, and cleaned up the mess. Bravo! I graded the job down by one star only because Evan didn't tell him enough in advance. Otherwise, perfect."

"Great experience Justin, Nate & Timothy were awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional & curious. Aside from the cleanliness they delivered an experience. I highly recommend HL bowman if you want rapid service on your HVAC. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion & financing is an option. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."
