"His work was excellent, he wasn't the cheapest, but it was worth the extra money to have him do the job. When he added the recessed lighting I didn't like the cylinders that he used in the ceiling that hold the lights, he said there was snother style and swapped them out, no argument, no attitude, he wanted to make us happy. Several days after he completed the work, we had a problem with the outdoor light, he replaced it, no argument, no attitude, he scheduled a time to replace it and showed up on time."

"Pablo and Rafael did an amazing job installing my light fixtures/ chandeliers and curtain rods for my new home. They were on time, efficient, polite and very cost effective. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family needing similar services."

"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"The representative from Mr. Electric of Gastonia performed an inspection of our home and pointed out some items we were unaware of and we plan on having them do this work at a later time. For the work that we requested they were prompt, professional and the quality of their work was exceptional. With the amount of work we requested we figured for this to be an all day affair, and though it did run several hours it was done prior to what we envisioned. The cost of the work was also surprising in that it was much cheaper than we were expecting. We would go to this company first for any future electrical work."

"Bart Hamilton was very professional. He submitted a written estimate to me, unlike my other two estimates. He answered questions promptly and courteously. Work was completed in a timely manner. Finally, and certainly not least, Hamilton Lightning presented the best value for a complete system. I highly recommend this company."

"Excellent overall experience. Materials used were top shelf. Install of system was done efficiently and with care. I would highly recommend William and his team."

"Francisco is amazing! He helped with some immediate needs and prioritized upcoming repairs so we can progressively update the electrical system in our older home. He explained everything he anticipated needing to do upfront, then showed us everything that was different from his projected work as those changes came along. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, tidy, and friendly. He gave suggestions for upgrades we had not considered. It is obvious he is a person of integrity and enjoys helping his customers. Today he went above and beyond our expectations when our project ran over his time window and he stayed until it was completed. We will always ask for him from Mr. Sparky and recommend him to our friends."

"Great customer service and was able to take care of our problem."
