The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.
