"Terry was fantastic to work with. He was even willing to come out on a Sunday, working around our busy schedules. He installed a mantle mount mm540 above my fireplace to mount my Samsung 60” tv. It is perfect with all cables concealed. I had others quote me around the same price (some higher), but tell me they would leave a large hole in my wall I would need to repair. Terry said absolutely not...that is not professional. He truly was the epitome of a professional, he was meticulous in his install and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He was very friendly. Definitely one of the better experiences we have had with any contract work we have had done in our home. I am so glad we found Tery and his business Techelp4you. Would definitely recommend to others and will be hiring him for future work on our next home."

He went to Home Depot to check prices on everything, but I wasn't able to do the work right away. I had 6 months to use the service and get the $500 off the service. He never gave me the 3D drawings, but I emailed him within the 6 months (in June) to try and get something started. I never heard anything at all back from him after that. Everything is expensive but I thought they were a little pricey. I looked up cost of the system they installed and the overall price I paid was twice the cost of the sump pump.
