The job was bigger than my husband and I were expecting, but Sumit explained all of the work involved (we had to dedicate a new panel to the charging station) and the charges ahead of time. Sumit had 2 other electricians with him the day of the install, and everyone was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. While he was on-site, we discussed another electrical project, and Sumit and 1 teammate came back the following week. "My technician Dave is the best. Dave has visited my home on more than one occasion. He is friendly and respectful. Always willing to answer my questions. Explains each job thoroughly. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee."

This includes new 200 amp service cable, 2 gang meter box, and 2 new 100 amp entry service cables. Replaced the 50 amp breaker with a 100 amp breaker in the electric panel. Installed a proper grounding system. This includes a new cold water ground to the water meter, an 8' galvanized ground rod and bonding of hot and gas pipes. Replaced few breakers to the proper size breaker in electric panel. Diagnosed unpowered outlets and ran new wire to repower outlets."
