It starts with salesmen Jayron Diaz who submitted the job estimate to upgrade an electric panel to code. There was no surprise costs. Jayron was very professional and honest about the work. On the day of the service, Matt Wood and Sean arrived at the scheduled time as promised. Matt explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and if I had any questions. Matt estimated the job would take approximately 6 hours. It actually only took 4 hours from start to finish and that included cleanup and minor repairs. "Problems with Best Buy and the Luxul equipment they installed initially 2017 until JBR had my entire home WI-FI functioning functioning on a quarter of the equipment. This is after testing Best Buy's equipment over and over and over and over again NEVER getting the Luxul equipment to functioning on the 2.4gz. My entire home WI-FI functioned flawlessly for weeks on John's temporary (2-3 WAP) network compared to Best Buy/ Luxul never since 2017 using 5 including an outdoor WAP. Enough can't be said about John and Isaac."

"Before starting, let me say that I knew in advance that this job was complex, difficult, and certainly not much fun. It would probably require crawling 20 feet into our 30-inch crawlspace with poor lighting and lots of spider webs. I got very worried when Evan's tech arrived without the required fishing tool and apparently not knowing what I had told Evan about the project. But he reassured me that the bill would not go over the minimum ($140) even if he needs to spend more time. He was good to his word. He drove to Home Depot, brought back a really good fishing tool, crawled into that crawlspace at least twice, used the tool, rescued the lost wire pair, carefully connected and tested it, and cleaned up the mess. Bravo! I graded the job down by one star only because Evan didn't tell him enough in advance. Otherwise, perfect."
