"I had scheduled the installs for a Friday afternoon, at 1:00, since I had to take time off. When I got home at 12:30, there was a note on my door from the installer stating that he had gotten to my home early and to please call him when I got the note. I called, and he told me that he could not keep the appointment since he'd been sent on to another job and that one would take him the rest of the day. WHAT???? I TOOK TIME OFF FROM WORK AND YOU ARE BLOWING OFF MY APPOINTMENT??? I immediately called the Front Range Electric office and the person at the desk and the scheduler both told me that the installer I spoke with was incorrect and that another installer was on his way to my home - but could be slightly later than the 1:00 appointment time. And he showed up around 1:30 - not exactly on the dot, but not enough to make me crazy. Both of my fans were expertly installed in a couple of hours and work beautifully. The simple install was done very quickly, and I used the Angie's List coupon for a $125 installation for that one. The harder install took some time and discussion, which I appreciated since there were outlets also connected to the wall switch and I wanted them taken off the switch. The installer told me how he could take care of it, answered my questions and got the job done. He cleaned up in both rooms and made sure I had the boxes to recycle and trash in the trash. Very professionally done, and at a price I thought was fair. The total cost was just over $300, which includes the cost of the coupon."
