"I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic."

"This Team showed up and cleaned an area which had been neglected for about eight (8) months. The kitchen and laundry room/half bath combination required hard work and attention. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
