They would text 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment to say they were running behind and would need to reschedule. When they did come they were at last an hour or more late. Their service was below average at best. They cut many corners and did not do a thorough cleaning. I did let them know that I was getting frustrated with their punctuality, but it never improved. Eventually I moved on and found a new cleaning service that has been amazing."

Option of cleaning the blower motor which was not included in the quote price for service was discussed. We were disturbed about the additional cost, Vincent remained calm and presented the option and additional information. We did choose to include cleansing of the blower motor. Ask specific questions about what is included in the service purchased. We are satisfied with the service provided."
